Now you have a solution: Use the Check Udvej app to report your check-out - via mobile or computer.

We locate your journey and calculate a price based on the check-out you report. If you accept our calculation, the difference between the pre-payment and the price of your journey will be either deducted or refunded to your travel card.

Please note: You do not earn discounts on journeys where correct check-out on a terminal does not occur. The metro surcharge cap will also remain unchanged when the check-out terminal is not in use.

Old versions are no longer operational for Check Udvej. Update to the latest version. If you still encounter issues, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
